After a brief intermission it was time to announce the results starting with The Teen USA Division:
- Miss South Miami Teen USA 2013 is Kathleen Barfield
- 1st Runner Up is Katarina Wronka
- 2nd Runner Up is Elizabeth Fernandez
Then it was on to announce the results in the Miss USA division;
- Miss South Miami USA 2013 is Margaret Hill
- 1st Runner Up is Brittany Aherns
- 2nd Runner Up is Leeza Garvin
What a great pageant it was as Rafael Gallego and The Crowning in Excellence Team who deserved a round of congratulations Also congratulations to Miss Barfield and Ms. Hill on their titles and entries to state in Miami Beach.
