In the Long Island pageants, the winners advance to compete on the New York State level in Bass Productions' Miss New York USA pageant, the official preliminary to Donald Trump's Miss USA pageant.

The winner of the Miss Long Island and Miss Long Island Teen 2013 Pageant will represent this region at a statewide pageant comprised of winning queens from across New York State, and will make an appearances at a myriad of community events across Long Island.

We are so pleased to announce that Miss Texas County 2012, Shelby Ringdahl
was 2nd runner up at Miss Missouri 2012

The 2012/2013 Miss Texas County Scholarship Pageant will be held Oct. 20 inside the community building at the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce Fairgrounds.

The pageant is open and an official preliminary to the Miss Missouri/Miss America pageant. Contestants in the afternoon show will compete for the titles of tiny, little, petite and pre-teen. The evening show will be for the titles of Miss Texas County and Miss Texas County Outstanding Teen.

Age categories for the morning show are 3-12. Contestants will compete in private interview, onstage question, party dress and talent.

The divisions for the evening show are ages 13-24. Participants will compete in private interview, onstage question, evening wear, active wear/swimsuit and talent. Winners will advance to the 2013 Miss Missouri pageant held June 2013 in Mexico, Mo.
