The 2012 Miss America's Outstanding Teen Pageant announces judges for this year's competition. Each judge will evaluate the contestants from the preliminaries through the final night of competition, which will be held at the Linda Chapin Theater in

Orlando, FL on SATURDAY, AUGUST 18 at 7 p.m.

Cris Judd began his career at the age of 21 working at Disney World. He was discovered there by Michael Jackson and toured with him as lead dancer on the History and Dangerous world tours. He went on to choreograph and perform with many artists including Diana Ross, Celine Dion, Cher, Jennifer Lopez, and Janet Jackson. Cris recently appeared in "Rock of Ages" with Tom Cruise, choreographed the musical film "Bench Seat", and hosted the World Dance Awards. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Kelly, and can be found teaching and mentoring students internationally.

Crowned Miss America 2002 days after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, Katie Harman Ebner traveled the nation meeting directly with rescue workers at Ground Zero and the Pentagon, family members of those lost in the attacks, military officials, the President and First Lady, government officials, and thousands upon thousands of concerned American citizens.Today, Katie tours nationally and internationally as a classical vocalist andremains an active voice for the cancer community. With the scholarship assistance she earned from the Miss America Organization, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005.

Inventor and CEO of ShowStoppers, Shannon Mattingly

attended UC Berkeley and Oxford University. As a former competitive dancer and Pro Bowl cheerleader, Shannon had her heart on setting foot in tinsel town. When she arrived, Shannon hit the ground running. She began work at William Morris Agency, where she interacted with many celebrities and stylists. It was in this circle that Shannon's product first took flight, and ShowStoppers LLC was born. Shannon has been featured on HSN with ShowStoppers and her newest product, POSH-ture. This young entrepreneur's career is sure to be nothing short of show-stopping!

Jane Chu serves as the president and CEO for the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City. Jane holds bachelors and masters degrees in piano performance, music education and piano pedagogy from Ouachita Baptist University and Southern Methodist University, respectively. Additionally, Jane holds a master of business administration from Rockhurst University, is a PhD candidate in philanthropic studies at Indiana University, and holds an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris causa) in music from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Kia Malone headed to the Sooner Nation to get a BA in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Oklahoma. Kia stayed in Oklahoma upon graduation where she worked at affiliate stations for CBS and ABC. Kia then moved on to The Daily Buzz in Orlando, a perfect opportunity for a more laid back atmosphere. In her spare time, Kia champions breast cancer awareness and loves to compete as a ballroom dancer.

Raj Shahani serves as Vice President of Telebrands, a world leader in direct-to-consumer response marketing, where he leads a team of executives and engineers for design, development and procurement. Raj has been involved with the successful launch of many major hits for the Infomercial industry, including the PedEgg. He has also been featured in several episodes of the Discovery Channel TV series "Pitchmen" featuring Anthony Sullivan and Billy Mays. Raj graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bombay University in Mumbai where he majored in Chemistry, and later got his Masters in Advertising and Marketing. He earned a certificate in Business Management from New York University.
