Miss Utah’s Outstanding Teen 2013 will held on Oct. 7 in Provo. The current of Miss Utah’s Outstanding Teen 2012 Jessica Richards (photo above) will crown her successor at the end of the event. The new Beauty Utah OT  will represent the Utah States at Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2014.
